摘 要:成长型高校是我国高等教育体系中的一个重要群体,具有办学历史不长、局部优势明显、发展预期高等显著特点,有建成高水平特色大学的良好潜质。但也普遍面临着人才培养特色难以转化为质量优势、科研特色难以转化为高显示度成果和高质量社会服务、学科方向特色和局部优势难以转化为学科整体优势等问题,成为制约其创建高水平特色大学的主要障碍。通过对浙江某典型高校办学实践的实证分析,为成长型高校创建高水平特色大学提出的思路建议:一是坚持育人为本,建设特色鲜明的高层次人才培养基地;二是坚持创新驱动,建设特色鲜明的高水平学术研究中心;三是坚持特色致胜,建设优势突出的高水平学科群;四是坚持名师领军,打造一支高水平教师队伍。The growing universities are an important group in China's higher education system. They are characterized by comparatively short histories,local advantages,and high development expectations and they have great potentials to be turned into high-leveled distinctive universities. But they face common difficulties in: transferring talent training characteristics into quality advantages,scientific research characteristics into high-visibility results and high quality social services,subject characteristics and local advantages into integrated disciplinary advantages. So these difficulties are the main obstacles on their way to becoming high-leveled distinctive universities. Based on an empirical analysis of operational practice of a typical university in Zhejiang province,this paper presents proposals for growing universities: adhere to people-centered education and build distinctive bases for training high-level talents; build high-leveled innovation-driven distinctive academic research centers; adhere to the conception competitiveness by characteristics and build high-leveled disciplinary groups with prominent features; and build a high-leveled team of faculty headed by academic masters.
