摘　　要：本文通过大学英语教师担任本科生导师优劣势比较,以问卷调查和现状陈述为基础,分析了大学英语教师担任本科生导师的可行性和有效性,并结合本科生导师制普遍存在的问题,提出了相应思考和建议。Based on questionnaire survey and statement of the current situation,this article analyses the feasibility and validity of college English teachers＇ acting as tutors of undergraduates by comparing its advantages and disadvantages,and puts forward appropriate thinking and suggestions in combination with common problems in tutorial system of undergraduates.
