摘　　要：介绍了医学信息工程专业从加强师资结构、课程设置、实践教学和评价体系等方面进行改革,以强化学生知识、能力和素质教育的一些设想和做法。指出KAQ模式顺应了医学信息工程专业人才培养需求,对培养高质量的复合型医学信息人才具有借鉴意义。This paper introduces our thoughts and practice of reforming teaching staff structure, curriculum, practice training and evaluation system of medical information engineering program so as to strengthen students＂ knowledge, competence and quality-oriented education. It points out that the KAQ model of training talents can meet the requirements for medical information engineering talents training and sheds a light on producing versatile medical information talents with high-quality.
