摘　　要：对天津8所高等职业院校学生进行问卷调查和访谈,分析当前高职学生学习力状况及存在问题,发现高职学生整体学习力状况不佳,主要体现为学生综合学习能力较弱,学校学习环境和教师专业素养有待改善和提高,学生学习态度受就业形势、就业不公等现象影响较大。Tianjin is the first national ＂Reform and Innovation Demonstration Area of Vocational Education＂. The vocational education development has been in the domestic leading level, with numerous middle and higher vocational schools and colleges. These schools and colleges have long been shouldering to cultivate qualified high-skilled talents for industries, enterprises and local characteristic economy development. This article analyzed the current situation and existing problems of higher vocational students learning ability by questionnaire and interview through 8 colleges of Tianjin, hoping to put forward corresponding theoretical basis of teaching and talent training mode and quality for higher vocational colleges.
