摘　　要：本文在对2013年度学校开展社会培训工作调研的基础上,分析学校开展社会培训工作存在的问题,从实际工作经验出发,就对外培训工作的组织、教学、管理等问题作简单的探讨。Based on the research of the situation of carrying out social training work by colleges in 2013, this paper analyzes the problems in the social training work and discusses organization, teaching and management of the external training work from the actual work experience.
