摘  要:滚动轴承是一种标准化程度很高的机械部件。该部分内容的教学一直是机械设计课程的教学重点和难点之一。笔者根据自己多年的教学实践,归纳了滚动轴承部分内容的教学目标和教学逻辑:以三个教学难点和重点问题为对象,介绍了如何通过对滚动轴承的力学分析和图形示意,使学生有效掌握滚动轴承的接触应力变化的规律;介绍了如何讲解疲劳寿命的内在原理,通过对疲劳寿命公式的深入解剖,介绍了如何使学生掌握寿命计算的方法;结合当量动载荷部分的计算方法进行讲解,使学生有效掌握了当量动载荷的计算。详述了上述每一部分内容在教学过程中的注意事项。Rolling element bearing is a high standardized mechanical element which is also one of the most difficult parts of teaching in the course of mechanical design. According to the experience obtained from years of teaching, the author has generalized the teaching target and logics for rolling element bearing. Taking 3 aspects of the teaching contents as the subject, the author introduces the teaching methods for letting students understand the mechanics and stress changing process by mechanics analysis and diagram illustration, letting students understand the fatigue life calculation by explaining the fatig'ue mechanism and the calculation equation, letting the students understand the calculation method of equivalent load by explaining some situations of different type bearing with different assembly ways. The author also gives a detailed explanation in notes for every step in teaching process.
