再生白土对大豆油脱色条件的响应面优化及对油脂砷含量的影响  被引量:2

摘  要:利用再生白土对大豆油进行吸附脱色,通过响应面优化确定了再生白土脱色的最佳工艺条件:脱色温度为95℃、再生白土添加量为5.9%、脱色时间为21 min.在该条件下,得到的再生白土的脱色率为95.28%,脱色效果优于新鲜活性白土(94.83%).此外,再生白土中的砷含量(0.191mg/kg)低于活性白土(0.222 mg/kg).再生白土脱色大豆油的砷含量(11.48μg/kg)明显低于活性白土脱色油的砷含量(12.06μg/kg).Soybean oil was decolorized by using regenerated clay; and the optimum technological parameters were determined by the response surface methodology as follows: decolorizing temperature 95 ℃ , regenerated clay amount 5.9% , decolorizing time 21 minutes. Under the optimum conditions, the decolorizing efficiency of the regenerated clay was 95.28% , higher than that of activated clay (94.83%). In addition, the arsenic content of regenerated clay was 0.191mg/kg, lower than that of activated clay (0.222 mg/kg). The arsenic content of soybean oil decolorized by the regenerated clay was 11.48 μg/kg, lower than that of the soybean oil decolorized by the activated clay (12.06 μg/kg).
