摘　　要：大学生研究训练计划(URT)作为培养创新人才的主要途径之一,其在资金和制度逐步完善的同时,却出现了学生积极性不高的问题。文中从外在诱因和内在需求两方面分析了提高学生积极性的手段和方法。外在诱因的激励方法包括及时落实学分奖励、优化URT实施时间和建立URT退出机制,激发学生的内在需求则通过多方位的宣传、全面的学术浸润、建立学生主人翁的地位和良性的师生互动来实现。As one of ways that cultivate innovative talents, Undergraduates Research Training Program （URT） faces the problem that students＇ lack motivation in URT with the gradual improvement of systems and gradually increasing funds. The aspects of external cause and inherent demands of students are applied to improve students＇ motivation in URT. External cause includes credit reward, optimizing URT time, and setting up URT withdrawing mechanism. On the other hand, students＇ inherent demands are aroused through multidimensional propaganda, academic soaking, building dominant position of students and a healthy interaction mechanism between students and teachers.
