摘  要:为了诠释'汽车轮胎多边形磨损较少发生在驱动轮的轮胎上'这一现象,本文就驱动轮和从动轮的胎面自激振动展开了对比研究。前期研究已经发现胎面自激振动是轮胎多边形磨损的必要条件。本文对驱动轮-悬架-胎面系统进行了理论建模和自激振动的分岔分析,并对比分析了多边形磨损主要影响参数对驱、从动轮胎面自激振动的影响。研究结果表明驱动轮产生的自激振动的车速范围和能量均较小,合理解释了轮胎多边形磨损的特征,研究结果为轮胎多边形磨损机理的研究提供了理论依据。To explain the phenomenon that polygonal wear of tire seldom happens on a driving wheel,the tread self-excited vibration of a car’s driving wheel and driven wheel was studied.The early studying of others showed that the tread self-excited vibration is a necessary condition to form polygonal wear of tire.Here,a driving wheel-suspension-tire-tread dynamic model was built and the bifurcation of its self-excited vibration was analyzed.By contrasting the influences of the main parameters of polygonal tire wear on the tread self-excited vibration of a driving wheel and those on that of a driven wheel,the results showed that the speed range and energy of the tread self-excited vibration of the driving wheel are smaller than those of the driven wheel;the characteristics of polygonal wear of tire are explained reasonablely.The results provided a theoretical basis for further study on mechanism of polygonal wear of tire.
