摘　　要：本文以康纳的民族志作品《成为医生》为主要参照案例,试图从人类学的视角来审视和解读美国医学院教育实践,并反思社会医学化语境中以生物医学范式为核心、以专业化和标准化为目标的培训体系对于日常诊疗实践的影响,进而探讨人类学田野洞见对于重构建人性化的医患关系的意义。This paper offers an anthropological perspective on routine practices of medical school education in the States, using Melvin Konner＇s auto-ethnography as a primary source of reference. It attempts to examine the impact of the highly specialized and standardized training system centered around the biomedical paradigm while envisioning the significance of ethnographic insights for rethinking patient-doctor relationship in the context of the medicalization of society.
