摘　　要：本文从医学研究生培养质量的角度,分析了单导师制培养模式的利弊,并以滨州医学院研究生教育为例,提出了基础与临床、校内与校外、国内与国外等组建导师团队的模式,分析了导师团队制培养模式的优势,探讨了导师团队制研究生培养模式实施的保障性措施和条件。This article analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of single mentorship training mode from the perspective of medical graduate training quality.As a case study of binzhou medical school graduate education,we put forward the basic and clinical,internal and external,domestic and foreign tutor team mode,analyzed the advantages,protection measures and con-ditions of tutor team training mode.
