摘  要:以载重100t运煤专用敞车车体为研究对象,对比分析了底架结构分别为平底、双浴盆和单浴盆模式时对车体结构强度和刚度的影响。分析结果表明:纵向载荷作用下,平底、双浴盆结构车体的中梁与枕梁连接处和单浴盆结构车体的斜向梁与边梁连接处的应力较高,浴盆结构有利于降低由地板压力和侧墙压力引起的立柱根部弯曲应力。3种结构的车体中梁挠度相当,单浴盆结构车体的纵向刚度最小,扭转刚度最大。With the carbody of 100 tgondola car specialized for transport of coal as the research object,the effects of underframe modes of flat bottom,double bathtub and single bathtub on the strength and stiffness of carbody structure are compared and analyzed.The analysis result shows that,under the longitudinal load,the stresses are fairly high at the connection part between the center sill and bolster of the carbody with flat bottom or bathtub bottom as well as the connection part between the oblique sill and side sill,and the bathtub bottom structure helps to reduce the bending stress at the root of the post caused by pressures of the floor and the side wall.The deflections of carbody center sills of the three structures are similar,and the carbody with the single bathtub structure has the minimum longitudinal stiffness and the maximum torsional stiffness.
