摘　　要：新形势下,创新学生管理模式,实行学生与教师共同管理、专业教师与专职辅导员齐头并进、综合素养培养与能力培养并重等"双元制"管理,成为推动高职学生全面健康发展的有效途径。Under the new situation,innovation of the student management model and implementation of the “dual system”management through joint management by students and teachers,professional teachers and counselors,and cultivation of the comprehensive literacy and ability have become an effective way to promote the healthy develop-ment of the higher vocational students.
