摘　　要：投篮是篮球运动的关键技术,是取得比赛胜利的重要手段。在紧逼防守成为防守常态的今天,如何突破防守的干扰,提高投篮的命中率,是进攻技术进步的关键,也是篮球运动发展的必然。本文以篮球技术理论和运动生物力学理论为依据,运用技术分析的方法,阐述了行进间远距离投篮的技术优势,提出了训练和运用的相关要求,为队员们在比赛中更好地运用这项技术提供清晰的思路。the shooting is the key technology of the basketball movement, is an important means to win the game. In the press as a defensive normal today, how to break through the defense of interference, and improve the hit rate of shooting, is the key to attack technology progress, is bound to the development of basketball. In basketball technical theory and biomechanical theory as the basis, using the methods of technical analysis, this article expounds the advantages of moving long-range shooting, puts forward relevant training and use, to provide clarity for the players to make better use of this technology in the game.
