摘 要:近年来,许多行业出现技术人才"招工难"和高职毕业生"就业难"并存的矛盾现象,高职人才并不能准确适合企业的实际需求。本文从企业需求视角出发,以企业的实际需求与高职人才培养现状的差异为切入点,通过对珠三角经济区毕业生和就业单位的抽样调查,从外部环境与内涵建设两个方面分析高职人才培养与企业需求脱节的原因所在,由此提出通过校企合作路径来变革高职人才培养模式的构想。In recent years, there is a contradictory phenomenon- "recruitment difficulty"of technical talents and "employment difficulty" of graduates from higher vocational colleges coexist in many industries. The talents from higher vocational colleges were not accurate for actual demand of enterprises. From the enterprise demand perspective, this paper takes the differences between actual demand of enterprises and training situation of talents from higher vocational colleges as the breakthrough point. Through a sample survey of graduates and employment units in the Pearl River Delta economic zone, this paper puts forward a conception of changing talent training mode in higher vocational colleges by the path of school-enterprise cooperation after analyzing causes of separation between enterprise's demand and talents training in higher vocational college from two aspects-external environment and connotation construction.
