摘　　要：导师和辅导员作为研究生思想政治教育工作的主体,实现合力育人是贯彻国家教育方针、深化研究生培养机制改革和解决当前研究生群体思想政治问题的根本要求和有效途径。本文总结了研究生导师和辅导员在研究生德育工作中的角色特征和作用,并通过SWOT法分析了导师和辅导员在德育工作中的优劣势,构建了"确立一个目标、搭建二个平台、建设三套制度"的合力育人协同机制。The cooperation of Supervisors and counselors, as the main facilitators in postgraduate ideological and moral education, is required by the national education policy, which is essential for improving the training system of postgraduate education and resolving the ideological and moral problems troubling graduate students. This paper described the role characteristics of supervisors and counselors in postgraduate ideological and moral education, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of their influence through the SWOT analysis. Finally, a co-education synergistic system was structured, including the goal, two platforms and three operation regulations.
