性格和班干部任职情况对护生实习压力的影响

摘　　要：[目的]对不同特征高职护生在实习初期的压力水平进行比较分析,找出不同人口学特征对高职护生压力水平的影响,探讨减小压力影响的方法。[方法]采用问卷调查法对186名处于实习初期的高职护生进行调查分析。[结果]担任班干部的护生在人际关系、社会支持及学习与工作冲突方面压力水平较低,而性格外向的护生在工作性质方面压力水平较低。[结论]担任班干部或性格外向的护生在人际沟通、解决问题能力等方面占有优势,因此相同的压力源对他们产生的影响较小。Objective：To compare and analyze the pressure levels on different characters of higher vocational nursing students in initial stage of practice, find out the influence of different demographic characteristics on higher vocational nursing students’pressure levels,and probe into the methods to reduce the pressure effect.Methods：A total of 186 higher vocational nursing students in initial stage of practice were investigated by using the method of questionnaire.Results：The nursing students as a class cadre had low level pressure in interpersonal relationship,work support and conflict between learning and work,while outgoing nursing students also had the same condition in their work.Conclusion：The nursing students as class cadres or outgoing ones have superiority in interpersonal communication and problem solving ability,so the same source of pressure has little impact on them.
