摘　　要：通过仔细研究,发现教育部评估中心建立的普通高校本科教学基本状态数据库存在一些不足之处,比如,科研、图书信息等数据项的统计时期规定得不合理,函授学生和夜大(业余)学生的统计口径不统一,生师比的定义不合理等。进而对这些不足之处提出一些改进建议,以完善这个数据库的建设。Through a careful study, we found that the University Teaching Basic State Database set up by the Evaluation Center of Ministry of Education exists some deficiencies, for example, the regulation on statistical period of scientific research data, book information data and so on are unreasonable. And the statistical calibers for the correspondence students and community college （amateur） students are not unified, the definition on ratio of students to teachers is unreasonable, etc. Then, we put forward some suggestions on these deficiencies to improve construction of the database.
