摘  要:建立了同时检测西瓜中4种合成色素和2种甜味剂的超高效液相色谱(UPLC)法。采用WatersAtlantisT3色谱柱,以乙酸铵溶液(0.02 mol/L)和甲醇为流动相,梯度洗脱,变波长扫描,各化合物分离效果好,线性关系良好(R2〉0.999),6种添加剂的回收率在91.8%-99.8%,相对标准偏差在0.53%-3.87%,检出限在0.000 15-0.000 60μg/mL。表明该方法精密度高,准确度好,可以满足检测的需要。A new method for determination of 4 synthetic colors and 2 sweeteners in watermelon was developed by ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC). In this method, Waters Atlantis T3 column was used to ensure good resolution, using ammonium acetate solution(0.02 mol/L)and methanol as mobile phase to conduct gradient elution, and the detection wavelength was variable with the change of compounds. The calibration curves showed good linearity with correlation coefficients greater than 0.999. The optimized method allowed for recoveries of 91.8%-99.8% for six additives with relative standard deviation values of 0.53%-3.87%, and the limit of detection was low in the range of 0.000 15-0.000 60 μg/ml. The method was accurate, in high precision which can meet the detecting requirement.
