网络时代高职英语教师的角色定位

摘　　要：高职英语教师角色定位中存在诸多问题,应重新定位网络时代高职英语教师在教学中的角色:学生学习中的朋友;学习资源的提供者;学习方法的点拨者;学习过程的设计者;学习效果的评价者;教学过程的反思者。同时,据教师自身发展需要,高职英语教师还是终身学习者和研究者。There exist many problems in roles of English teachers in higher vocational education.English teachers should adjust themselves in teaching as providers of learning materials,tutors in learning methods,organizers of learning process,evaluators of learning and reflectors of teaching process.English teachers should be life-long learners and researchers in order to improve their identities.
