摘　　要：依据我国幼儿园教师队伍建设的主要目标和督导要求,参照我国教育统计与评价指标体系,参考国内外已有相关研究成果,本研究构建了我国幼儿园师资队伍状况评价指标体系。根据该指标体系对我国和各地区幼儿园师资队伍状况进行统计计算,结果显示我国幼儿园师资队伍近年来呈现人数逐年递增的趋势;总体上东高中低,尤以配置和待遇最为明显,同时省际差异明显,沪京最高而桂渝最低;经济的发展有利于幼儿园师资队伍状况的改善。Based on the research at home and abroad, combined with the status of preschool education in China, the researcher had constructed the index system of the evaluation of the kindergarten teachers＇ status in china. According to the relevant statistical, it was found that kindergarten teachers＇ status in china from 2005 to 2013 had been increased year by year, but there were significant differences in different areas. The development of kindergarten teachers＇ status in china was depending on the economic development level.
