摘 要:教育法律素养是教师应具备的职业素养之一,也是师范生必须具备的职业素养之一。而调查显示,当前教师教育法律素养不容乐观。主要表现在:目标缺失、课程缺失、途径缺失、环境缺失和师资缺失。为了养成师范生教育法律素养,进行培养模式的探讨,具体策略为:一是把培养师范生教育法律素养纳入师范生人才培养的总目标;二是建构课内与课外两大学习区域的融合;三是实施"知识、意识、行为"教育法律素养三维度的整合;四是采用多形式的学习方式;五是营造培养和提升师范生教育法律素养的环境。The accomplishment of educational laws is one of the professional qualities both a teacher and a normal university stu-dent should possess. But the survey shows that the result is not optimistic, mainly manifested as the lack of targets, courses, paths, environment and teaching staffs. In order to develop nor-mal university students' accomplishment of educational laws, this paper makes an exploration on the cultivation mode. The specific strategies are as follows: first, to include the cultivation of normal university students' accomplishment of educational laws in the overall goal of normal university talent cultivation; second, to in-tegrate in-class and after-class learning areas; third, to integrate such three dimensions as "knowledge", "consciousness" and "behavior"; fourth, to adopt diverse forms of learning styles; fifth, to establish an environment for the cultivation and improvement of normal university students' accomplishment of education laws.
