摘  要:本文利用薄层层析法分离氨基酸,该实验在展开过程中薄层板可立于展缸中,不用针线将层析做成圆筒,也不需悬挂系统。染色时层析板可以直接浸没于茚三酮溶液中,无需染色喷雾器和吹风机加热,操作简单,反应时间短,斑点清晰利于观察,十分适合教学实验。In this article, Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) was used to isolate the amino acid, during the process of deploy method, thin layer plate can stand in the ex-hibition bottle without cylinder which made by Layer Chromatography during a needle and thread and the suspension system. At the step of dyeing, the plate can be immersed in ninhydrin solution directly without dyeing spray and hair dryer heating, it is fully applicable to teaching experiment for its simple operation, short reaction time, and spots clear observation.
