摘　　要：为掌握青海省《新课程标准》实施现状,诊断青海省《新课标》实施后学校体育发展的症结所在,本文通过对青海省中小学体育教学现状进行调查,探析青海省学校体育良性发展的条件和机制,以期为青海省中小学学校体育发展提供理论依据,也为教育行政主管部门决策提供参考.Through nearly 10 years of the implementation of Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard ,The sports work of the schools looks as if it goes on smoothly on the surface .But the health of the young goes from bad to worse in our country .In view of this ,to grasp the implementation situations in Qinghai province ,to find out the real reasons after the schools carry out the sports development according to Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard ,this article analyses the conditions and mechanism of the good development of the school sports in Qinghai province by doing a survey about the present teaching situation in the middle and primary schools .As a result ,it not only can provide theoretical basis for the school sports development of the middle and primary schools in Qinghai province ,but also the ref-erence for the decisions of the administrative department of education .
