摘  要:情感在道德中具有奠基性作用,情感的发育是公民品格的基础,正义与关怀两种情感对公民品格的形成尤为重要,男性女性的道德推理存在公正倾向和关怀倾向的不同。班主任对学生的管理与学生的正义和关怀情感体验密切相关。班主任在工作中应避免低正义低关怀型,追求正义与关怀相融合,努力做到有关怀的正义、有正义的关怀。Emotion played the fundamental role in morals, and emotional development has a great influence on civic character. Justice and caring are the two most important factors in civic character and which two factors have differences between male and female. Students' emotional experience on justice and caring depends on the head teacher' s management. According to justice and earing, head teacher' s management can be divided into four types. Head teacher should avoid low-justice and low-earing, and pursue fused justice and caring, which is the ideal type fused high- justice and high-caring.
