摘　　要：教学团队建设是本科教育基本建设的一个重要组成部分,本文首先介绍了"生物化学课程群"教学团队建设的总体思路,重点讨论团队人员组成、团队建设特色、团队教学改革成果应用推广情况及今后建设计划。It is very important to construct a teaching team to guarantee teaching quality in university. Our study introduced the overall strategy for the construction of a teaching team based on biochemistry courses, and focused on team personnel, character-istics, results application and future plans of the teaching team.
