摘　　要：基于对产业集群创新的知识过程与知识螺旋的分析,提出了面向产业集群创新的知识建构共同体系统模型,探讨了产业集群中个人知识建构、企业个体知识建构、团队知识建构与协作知识建构过程的运作机制,并认为正是共同体中个人、企业、团队与集群协作知识建构的交互构成了集群的知识创新过程。最后给出产业集群创新的知识建构共同体系统框架,并论述其运行机制。Based on the analysis of knowledge procession and knowledge spiral of industry cluster, a mod-el of knowledge building community is proposed. This paper analyzes the procession of personal knowl-edge building、enterprise knowledge building、team knowledge building and industry cluster collaborativeknowledge building, and argues that just their interactions make the innovation of industry cluster comeout. A knowledge building community system framework is presented and its operating mechanism is dis-cussed.
