浅析高职院校校训理论与实践

摘　　要：校训集中反映了学校的办学宗旨和历史传统,是学校办学理念、治校精神的高度浓缩,是学校师生精神风貌和价值追求的精确表述。本文从校训内涵、校训功能、校训实践三个方面对校训理论与实践层面进行了初步探讨,提出了校训对于一所高校的四个功能。同时,以北京财贸职业学院新校训为例,思考校训在实践层面的系统建设。School motto reflects the school＇ s education aim and historical tradition, it is the high enrichment of school educational philosophy and governance spirit, and it is an exact expression of spiritual outlook and value pursuit of school＇ s teachers and students. Based on three aspects of school motto connotation , school motto function and school motto practice , this paper has carried on the preliminary discussion of the theory and practice of school motto, and put forward four functions of motto for a university. Meanwhile, it takes a new motto of Beijing College of Finance and Commerce as an example, to consider the role of system construction in practice of the school motto.
