摘　　要：随着知识经济时代的来临,培训在企业核心竞争力建设中的作用日益凸显,如何建设企业大学成为培训界近10年来的重要研究内容,企业大学建设也成为了最重要的商业现象之一。本文通过实际案例的分析,详细阐述了企业大学的一种重要形式——虚拟企业大学建设遵循的原则和建设内容,为企业界,特别是为国有企业界提供借鉴和参考。With the coming of knowledge economy era, the training is increasingly prominent in construction of enterprise core competition. How to build a corporate university become an important research contents in training fields in recent 10 years end construction of corporate university become one of the most important commercial phenomenon. This paper, through the mmiysis of actual cases, expounds an important form of corporate university - virtual enterprises university end its principle and contents of construction of virtual enterprises university in order to provide experience end reference for enterprises, especially for state-owned enterprise.
