摘  要:培训课程体系是培训体系的灵魂,肩负着企业培训工作开展的纽带作用。本文以国网苏电大学培训课程体系建设为例,着重介绍了基于岗位能力模型的课程体系开发、培训项目及培训教材、题库、设备设施等培训资源开发的思路,并用实际案例说明其在大型企业或企业集团培训课程体系每个环节的构建方法,希望能对其它企业培训课程体系的设计及应用带来启发。Training curriculum system is the most important part of the training system, with the responsibility of developing enterprises training work. The article emphasizes on the developing of training curriculum system which based on competency model, training programs and training resources in teaching materials, question bank and facilities, illustrating by the case of the construction of training curriculum system in State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Company. This article also expounds the construction method of training curriculum system in large-scale enterprises or enterprise groups, in order to inspire other enterprises in terms of design and application of training curriculum system.
