摘 要:为探索PBL教学法在地方医学院校医学检验专业实验教学中的应用效果,在本院2010级医学检验本科实验教学中开展PBL教学,主要通过设置病例、小组讨论、查找资料、总结汇报对免疫学检验的基础知识进行详细学习,并且对PBL教学在地方医学院校免疫学检验实验教学中存在的问题和不足进行了分析,结果显示PBL教学法明显提高了学生学习的独立自主性,增强了其对问题的探索精神及解决问题的综合能力。In order to explore the effectiveness of using PBL to teach lab courses in laboratory medicine at a local medi cal college, PBL was used to teach laboratory medicine to students who entered the college in 2010. Cases are furnished, group discussions are conducted, students locate information, and students present summaries of their findings. These activities allow detailed study of basic information on immunological testing. This work analyzed issues with and disadvantages of using PBL to teach a lab course at a local medical college. Results indicated that PBL improved students' ability to learn independently, it enhanced their desire to explore issues, and it improved their overall ability to solve problems.
