摘　　要：对国内外实践教学发展概况进行了总结,以陕西青年职业技术学院物流管理专业的实践教学体系建设为例,分析了其在组织实施、考核评价与管理保障等方面的具体实践,并针对实践中存在的问题提出了相应对策。In this paper, we summarized the general development of the practical teaching practice both in China and abroad, then in connection with the construction of the practical teaching system of the logistics management specialty of Shanxi Youth Vocational College, analyzed its specific practice concerning organization, implementation, performance review and administrative support, etc., and proposed the countermeasures for the existing problems.
