摘　　要：就高等职业院校的课程体系开发与构建的思路、方法与步骤进行分析与解读,并物流管理专业为例,阐述以岗位职业能力分析为主线的课程体系的开发与构建的步骤与探索。In this paper, we analyzed the path, method and step for the development and establishment of the curricular system of higher vocational colleges and then in the case of the logistics management specialty, introduced the steps for the development and establishment of the curricular system of the specialty along the line of professional post competence analysis.
