摘　　要：《水浒传》在构陷同道、破坏社会、主动对抗皇权三个方面与传统"忠义"思想之间存在逻辑矛盾。这些矛盾造成了《水浒传》思想的复杂性,也给俞万春留下改造《水浒传》并创作《荡寇志》的机会。《荡寇志》虽然纠正了《水浒传》的逻辑失误,但在思想上却没有取得突破,反而由此损害了自身的艺术成就。In the novel The Water Margins, three logical contradictions between framing cohorts, the destruction of society, active fight against the emperor and traditional thoughts of loyalty. These logical contradictions lead to the complexity of its thought, and gave Yu Wan-chun an opportunity to write Jesse James. Although the Jesse James corrected the logical contradictions in The Water Margins, but no breakthrough was created in its thoughts, instead, it damaged its own artistic achievement.
