摘　　要：热带亚热带水果不耐贮存,钙、硼处理能有效提高果实的采后贮藏品质。本文综述了钙、硼处理对热带亚热带水果贮藏过程中品质和生理影响的研究进展,旨在为提高热带亚热带水果贮藏品质及商品性提供理论依据。The storability of tropical and subtropical fruits was poor. Calcium and boron treatment could effectively improve the quality and storability of harvested fruits. In order to provide theoretical basis for improving the storage quality and commodity of tropical and subtropical fruits, the paper reviewed the effect of calcium and boron treatment on storage and physiology of the fruits.
