摘  要:通过解读国家支持政策,探索如何构建"5+3"联合培养模式改革,建立有效的管理机制和质量监控体系。在培养过程中同时实现5个环节的有效衔接,做到招生模式、课程学分、临床及科研能力培养、学位授予标准等方面的并轨,从而有效提高医学资源的利用率。The way of establishing "5+3 " co-cultivation mode reform was explored, and effective management mechanism and quality monitoring system was set up by interpretation of national support policies. The effective connection of five links simultaneously during the process of training was achieved. The merger of enrollment mode, course credits, clinical and scientific research ability cultivation, degree granting standards and other aspects were combined to effectively improve the utilization of medical resources.
