摘  要:[目的]探讨角色扮演法在老年护理教学中的应用效果。[方法]选择护理大专2班-5班232名学生为研究对象,将2班、3班113名学生作为观察组,4班、5班119名学生作为对照组,观察组在老年护理课程中选取部分内容进行角色扮演法教学,对照组采用传统教学方法教学,课程结束后对两组学生理论考核成绩进行比较和分析,并对观察组进行问卷调查。[结果]观察组的理论考核成绩显著优于对照组(P〈0.05);观察组75.2%-90.2%学生认为角色扮演法教学可以提高其沟通能力、健康教育能力及分析和解决问题的能力,可培养团队合作精神,激发学习的主动性和积极性。[结论]采用角色扮演法教学可以有效提高老年护理教学的质量。Objective:To probe into the application effect of role playing method in “elderly care ” teaching.Methods:A total of 232 cases of students in nursing college classes 2 - 5 were selected as objects,1 13 students in class 2 and class 3 were taken as observation group,and 1 1 9 students in class 4 and class 5 were taken as control group.The part of content in"elderly care"course was selected for role play teaching meth-od for students in observation group,and the students in control group re-ceived traditional teaching methods of teaching.After the end of the course,the theory test results were compared and analyzed between both groups,and the students in observation group were surveyed with ques-tionnaire.Results:theoretical examination results of observation group was significantly better than that in control group (P〈0.05);75.2%-90.2%of students in observation group believed that the role playing teaching method can improve their communication skills,ability and health educa-tion capacity and the ability of analyzing and solving problems,can culti-vate team spirit,stimulate learning initiative and enthusiasm.Conclusion:The role playing teaching can effectively improve the “elderly care ”teaching quality.
