摘　　要：在简要概述三螺旋模型的发展背景和国内外研究进展基础上,侧重研讨三螺旋模型的量化分析方法,强调协合度T作为量化三螺旋的有效指标。本质上是通过互信息对大学、产业和政府交互作用的不确定性进行测度,反映的是大学、产业和政府机构协同和合作的程度;其负值指向区域化而正值指向全球化。通过近年的三个实例展示了应用并提出了改进思路。With brief introduction to background and progress of Triple-Helix（TH） researches,it is clarified that TH quantitative methodology focuses on the indicator of synergy（T） as reduction of uncertainty that can be shaped among three or more distributions.In the TH model of university-industry-government（uig）,T（uig） measures the cooperation and coordination among universityindustrygovernment.While negative synergy tends to localization,positive synergy to globalization.Three case studies are exhibited,with improving ideas.
