摘　　要：课堂授课是传统教育模式的基石,每一名教师都应该掌握授课技巧,提高课堂教学的时效,追求授课艺术与教学效果的完美融合。授课艺术具有情感性、审美性、创造性,是科学、技巧、艺术的有机结合。文章从备课、课堂设计、幻灯制作、语言艺术、课堂管理等多方面探讨了如何提高授课质量,强化教学效果,形成教师独特的授课风格。In-class education is the cornerstone of the traditional teaching mode .Every teacher should master teaching skills , improve the effeciency of in-class teaching , pursue a perfect combination of teaching art and teaching effectiveness .Teaching art is the combi-nation of science, skill, and art which has emotional, aesthetic, and creative characteristics.In this essay, the author discusses meth-ods to improve the teaching quality and enhance teaching effectiveness from the lesson planning , class design , slide making , language arts, classroom management and other aspects .In this way , the teachers will be able to form a unique teaching style .
