摘　　要：根据啤酒废弃酵母的再利用研究情况,从啤酒酵母细胞的吸附机理、吸附过程中的处理手段、啤酒酵母细胞吸附重金属离子的应用等三方面讨论了啤酒废酵母对废水中重金属的吸附作用,为进一步完善啤酒废酵母处理重金属废水的研究和应用提供参考,从而提高啤酒工业中废酵母的利用价值。Based on the recycling status of waste beer barm, the absorption of heavy metal ions in wastewater by waste beer barm were analyzed from three aspects including the absorption mechanism of beer barm, the processing approaches during the absorption, and the application of beer barm for the absorption of heavy metal ions, which could provide useful reference for further research and application of waste beer barm in the treatment of heavy metal ions in wastewater. As a result, the utilization value of waste beer barm mag be improved.
