中职高职衔接教育人才培养机制的思考——以高速铁路工程及维护技术专业为例

摘　　要：中高职衔接教育人才培养机制的建立,是完善现代职业教育体系的需要,是实现技能型人才层次结构合理化的保障,更是实现学生、中职、高职和企业协调健康发展的有力保障。这需要从完善中高职衔接教育对口招生政策,共同确定各阶段人才培养目标和开发满足中高职衔接教育系统化人才培养的课程体系等几方面来保证中高职衔接教育的顺利进行。The establishment of the talent training mechanism of secondary and higher vocational education connection is the need of perfecting the modern vocational education system, is the guarantee of realizing skilled talent hierarchical structure rationalization, and the powerful guarantee to realize the coordinated and healthy development of students, secondary, higher vocational education and enterprises. To ensure the smooth development of secondary and higher vocational connection education it needs to perfect admission policy of secondary and higher connection education, jointly determine the goals of talent cultivation and develop curriculum system suitable for secondary and higher education systematic talent training.
