摘　　要：职业教育体育课程以培养学生合作、竞争的能力和终身体育为目标,其首要任务应该是让学生树立终身体育观念,达到终身受益的目的。高职院校应认真领会健身和终身体育思想,转变不合时宜的传统观念,改变教学模式,把学生的体育意识、体育能力和健康状态作为评价学校体育质量的主要指标,并为学生毕业后的职业生涯发展和人生规划打下良好基础并提供有力的保障。Vocational education sports curriculum aims to cultivate students＇ ability of cooperation and competition and lifetime sports, the first priority should let the students set up the concept of lifetime sports, achieve the goal of lifelong benefit. Higher vocational colleges should conscientiously grasp fitness and lifelong sports idea, change the inappropriate traditional concept, change teaching mode, with students＇ sports consciousness, sports ability and health status as a major indicator to evaluate the quality of the school sports, lay a good foundation for students＇ career development and life planning after graduation and provide powerful guarantee.
