“阳光体育”视域下高校公共体育课程改革研究

摘　　要："阳光体育运动"对全国各级各类学校体育工作具有重要的指导和借鉴意义。文章采用文献资料法,访谈法和逻辑分析法探讨了高校公共体育课的现存问题及其改革策略,旨在为促进高校公共体育课程改革和创新提供理论借鉴和参考。研究发现,高校公共体育课主要存在教学目标混杂,内容枯燥,方法落后,模式单一等问题。鉴于此,提出了一系列的改革策略,分别为革新传统教育观念,科学设置课程内容,创新课程组织模式和灵活运用教学方法等。Though literature method, interviews method and logical analysis method, we dis- cuss the problems and reform strategies of the public P.E. course of universities. The thesis would provide support and reference for ＂ sunshine sports＂ of universities. The results show that there are some problems like disordered teaching objectives, boring content, backward method, single model and so on in the public P.E. course of universities. In view of this, we put forward a series of reform strategies including to reform traditional concepts of educa- tion, set science course content, innovate teaching organizational models and use flexible teaching methods, etc.
