摘　　要：酒店管理在中高职教育中都是非常重要的专业,在中高职之间有效构建具有良好衔接性的酒店管理专业课程体系,能够产生更高的教育成效。本文针对现阶段中高职酒店管理专业课程体系衔接进行了分析和探讨,提出了体现中高职衔接的酒店管理专业课程体系构建思路,以期为酒店管理职业教育的推进提供一些有益的指导。Hotel management is very important in middle-higher vocational education cohesion. Effective curriculum system of hotel management major in middle-higher vocational education cohesion will produce better education outcome. The paper analyzes and discusses the curriculum system cohesion between middle and higher education, probes the construction idea, so as to provide beneifcial guidance to the vocational education of hotel management.
