高校信息伦理建设探析

摘　　要：通过对大学生群体信息伦理状况的调查,发现存在信息伦理基本知识普及不够,信息传播伦理失范在一定范围存在,信息保护氛围不浓、信息知识产权伦理急需健全等问题。强化校园信息伦理教育可采取加强信息伦理教育课程建设、做好信息伦理失范的预判、发掘古代优秀伦理资源、利用信息技术平台全面开发隐性信息伦理教育渠道、充分发挥相关法规纪律的教育功能等措施。An investigation of the information ethics of college students shows the inadequate spreading of information ethics among college students, serious ethics anomie in a certain scope, insufficient awareness of information protection, and so on. A strengthened information ethics education on school campus requires curriculum construction, adequate predictions of ethics anomie, full use of the information platform and other measures.
