高职院校口腔护理方向办学模式的探索

摘　　要：随着口腔医学的快速发展,各类口腔医疗机构对口腔专科护士的需求不断增加。深圳职业技术学院以护理专业为平台,增设了口腔护理方向,在大量调研基础上,和专业教学指导委员会的行业专家共同制订了人才培养方案,包括培养目标、课程设置、教材选择、考核评价、毕业实习等。已毕业的两届口腔护理方向的学生就业情况较好,且得到了用人单位的认可。With the rapid development of oral medicine,the demand of dental nurses in stomatology hospitals is increasing. We set up dental nursing specialty based on the market demand and formulated the training plan,including the educational goal,curriculum design,teaching materials,evaluation methods and clinical practice plan.Most of the first two graduates in dental nursing specialty were employed successfully and obtained high appraisal from the employers.
