摘 要:建立了葡萄酒中10种食品添加剂的高效液相色谱测定法。该方法用水稀释样品,以ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6×250 mm,5μm)分离,流动相为5 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液-甲醇(梯度洗脱),二极管阵列检测器进行检测。该方法的检出限1.0 mg/L,线性范围0.50 mg/L^20 mg/L,加标回收率90.0%~108.5%,相对标准偏差为0.48%~4.33%(n=4)。This thesis developed a HPLC method for determination of 10 kinds of food additives in wines, The samples diluted with water, Chromatographic separation was carried out on a ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18column(4.6×250 mm, 5 μm),the mobile phase is methanol-20 mol/L ammonium acetate aqueous solution with gradient elution, the eluate was quantitated by liquid chromatography with PDA detector. The limit of quantitation is1.0 mg/L in. The linear plots were obtained between 0.50 and 20 mg/L.Overall recoveries were between 90.0 %and 108.5 %, and RSD(n=4)value were 0.48 % and 4.33 %.
