摘　　要：通过分析我国高校现行辅导员评价模式存在的主要问题,指出发展性评价是评价高校辅导员的发展趋势。并提出利用诊断性评价、形成性评价和总结性评价,对辅导员进行发展性评价的建议。The paper introduces the present evaluation mode of college counselors in China and analyses its main problems,then the paper points out that the developmental evaluation mode is the trend of evaluating college counselors. Three stages of evaluation mode are put forward afterwards,which are diagnostic evaluation,process evaluation and summative evaluation.
