摘　　要：为了适应思想观念日益开放多元的学生,为了顺应培养具有自主性和创造性的学生的社会需求,为了满足学生日益多样化的个性要求,高校必须优化德育方式,创新德育机制,更有效地开展德育工作,从而提高大学生主体性道德教育的实效性。In order to adapt to the increasingly open-minded students, comply with the demands of cultivating autonomous and creative students, and meet students’increasingly diversified requirements, colleges must optimize the means of moral education, innovate moral education mechanism, and carry out moral education more effectively, so as to improve the effectiveness of subjective moral education for college students.
