摘  要:进行了推动我国果蔬冷链保鲜技术与物流保鲜产业发展的战略思考,阐述了要充分掌握国家果蔬低温物流发展基本政策与长期战略,科学确立果蔬低温物流基本运行模式,借鉴发达国家先进的果蔬物流模式与技术促我国物流保鲜产业的发展,确保果蔬食品安全,在今后较长的一段时间,把实现我国果蔬冷链物流作为重中之重的工作。Developing strategic consideration on cold chain storage technology and logistics and storage industry for fruits and vegetables in China is carried out, including , developing basic polity and long-term strategy of fruits and vegetables low temperature logistics should be hold enough and basic operation model for fruit and vegetable should be established scientifically. Experience of fruits and vegetables logistics model and technology from advanced countries should be used and development of logistics and storage industry in China should be accelerated and safety of fruit and vegetable food should be secured. Implementation of fruits and vegetables cold chain logistics should be treated as the most important work in the long period of the future.
